You must be at least 18 years of age to use Expo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Expo is a delivery marketplace that connects users with restaurants, stores, and delivery partners. The Company facilitates transactions but does not own or control partner establishments or delivery agents.

5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
• Prices and availability of items are determined by partner restaurants/stores.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
• You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge applicable amounts.

6. DELIVERY
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
• Delivery partners are independent contractors.
• The Company is not liable for delays, product quality, or incorrect orders provided by partner establishments.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
• Cancellation policies vary by merchant and order type.
• Refund eligibility is determined by the Company based on the issue type.
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

8. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree not to:
• Misuse the App or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Interfere with App operations or security.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on Expo belong to Suncorp Enterprises Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. PRIVACY
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may integrate with third-party tools or services. The Company is not responsible for third-party actions, content, or policies.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
• Losses arising from service interruption, technical issues, or unauthorized access.
• Issues caused by partner restaurants, stores, or delivery partners.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suncorp Enterprises Private Limited from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of Expo.

14. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to Expo for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

15. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
