User App:

  • Background location (Delivery App only, for live tracking)


1.3 Bluetooth Permissions (Vendor App)

We use the following permissions:

  • BLUETOOTH

  • BLUETOOTH_CONNECT

  • BLUETOOTH_SCAN

Used only to connect with thermal printers and print order receipts.

We do not use Bluetooth for unrelated data transfer.


1.4 Microphone (User App)

Permission used:

  • RECORD_AUDIO — only for in-app voice search.

We do not record audio without your direct action.


1.5 Device & App Information

We may collect:

  • Device model

  • Operating system

  • IP address

  • App activity logs

  • Crash logs

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token


1.6 Files & Media Access

If required by specific features, we may access:
